An Official Challenge Coin Trading Day

Here in the U.S. we have many days reserved for something special like Arbor Day, Earth Day, and so on. We have nothing special for challenge coins except websites that try to build community. The Society wants to do something special in conjunction with U.S. Challenge Coins in starting an international challenge coin trading day. It makes sense since the hobby enjoys buying and selling and there are trading sites that try to build a trading network between collector’s from all around the world. Why not take it a step further? Why not get collectors talk and trading and highlighting a special day during the year to do just that?
So the next step in this all is picking a day. We think it should be in the winter time as this is when most people are around on their computers catching up with everyone. So it has to be somewhere between Nov-March to get the most participation. We don’t have many holidays in Jan so why don’t we mark this as the month of Challenge Coins to bring in the year right? The pick a day specific to trading?
Ok let’s sum this up. The Society is pushing for:
1. January to become Challenge Coin Month
2. January X to become International Challenge Coin Day
We would like to highlight something challenge coin each day of January. U.S. Challenge Coins will help sponsor this through their network of sites and establish ground. Like what you see or disagree? Leave a comment…
